Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our sweets, savouries and chat outlets. The candidate will be responsible for outlet operations, sales, customer service, staff supervision, inventory control, hygiene, food safety and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily outlet operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise staff including sales executives, cashiers, service staff and housekeeping personnel.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales, billing, cash handling and daily collections.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display, presentation and availability of sweets, savouries, chats and other products.
- Monitor product freshness, quality, shelf life and FIFO practices.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/production team to ensure timely availability of products.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of products and packaging materials.
- Minimize product wastage, pilferage and operational losses.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards throughout the outlet.
- Ensure employees follow grooming, uniform and personal hygiene standards.
- Prepare and verify daily sales, stock and cash reports.




- Support staff scheduling, shift allocation, attendance and leave management.
- Train and guide new employees on customer service, product knowledge and operational procedures.
- Monitor POS/billing system and resolve basic billing-related issues.
- Ensure proper packaging and takeaway/delivery order handling.
- Coordinate with delivery platforms and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations and operational policies.
- Support promotional activities, new product launches and festive sales.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment, furniture, refrigeration and other outlet facilities and report maintenance requirements.
- Take charge of the outlet in the absence of the Outlet Manager.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Degree preferred.
- Experience: Freshers
- Strong knowledge of retail food outlet operations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/POS systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and festive periods.
- Strong focus on hygiene, discipline and customer service.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
