Job Overview:

More Media is looking for an experienced and results-driven Media Sales & Marketing Skilled to drive revenue for our publications in travel, weddings, CSR, and health. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in media sales and digital media sales, with a deep understanding of print and digital magazine setups. This role also requires expertise in organising and selling sponsorships for media events, conferences, and shows.

The candidate must be willing to travel, attend events, and build strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive media sales across print and digital platforms, meeting revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, sponsors, brands, and agencies.
- Identify and pitch advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
- Sell and manage sponsorships for media events, conferences, and industry shows.
- Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to create advertiser-friendly packages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, press conferences,



and networking opportunities to expand business prospects.
- Ensure seamless execution of media campaigns and event sponsorships.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in media sales, digital media sales, and event sponsorship sales.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Deep understanding of both print and digital magazine sales.
- Experience in selling event sponsorships and managing media events.
- Ability to develop creative advertising and marketing solutions for clients.
- Comfortable with travel and attending industry events.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
