Position : Assistant Manager Finance

Location : Raipur (C.G.)

Full time | On-site THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant/ CA Final Dropout who wants to move beyond the books and understand how finance drives a business. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial accounting, reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, inventory accounting and audits, with the opportunity to work closely with business and cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

 Support monthly financial closing and preparation of MIS reports.

 Perform customer, vendor, bank and general ledger reconciliations and drive timely resolution of open items.

 Support timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

 Assist with statutory, tax and internal audits, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentation.

 Work with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and financial queries.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.

 Positive understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliances.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

 Strong analytical,



numerical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.

 A curious, proactive and learning-oriented approach.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

 Qualified Chartered Accountant (0-1 Year) or CA Final Dropout (2-4 Years).

 Strong accounting and taxation fundamentals.

 Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 Effective verbal and written communication skills.

 Ownership mindset, professional integrity and willingness to learn.
