Job Overview: We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to support the organization's financial planning, management reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals along with hands-on experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support.

Required Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)

MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute may also be considered.

Additional certifications in Finance, ERP, or Data Analytics are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
- Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
- Develop financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.

MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Design and maintain management dashboards and executive reports.
- Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, and business performance trends.
- Present financial insights and reports to senior leadership.

Business Finance

- Perform detailed P&L; analysis and profitability assessment.




- Partner with business teams to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support pricing analysis, cost optimization, and business case preparation.
- Assist management in strategic planning and financial decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Controls

- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, as required.

Process Improvement

- Drive automation and standardization of MIS and reporting processes.
- Improve reporting efficiency through advanced Excel, Power BI, or ERP tools.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting accuracy and turnaround time.

Key Skills:

- Strong experience of MIS Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards).
- Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
