Role Description The Assistant role at HEAVY TECK GYM is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Assistant will support daily gym operations, including welcoming members, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Responsibilities include assisting trainers with session preparation, coordinating schedules, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring equipment is properly set up and stored. The role also involves supporting membership processes, providing clear information about services,



and helping to create a positive and inclusive experience for all members. The Assistant will collaborate with the gym team to ensure smooth operations and consistent adherence to health and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage front-desk duties, member check-ins, and basic administrative tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with members and staff.
- Organizational and time management skills to coordinate schedules, sessions, and facility upkeep.
- Basic understanding of gym operations, equipment handling, and safety practices (training can be provided).
- Customer service orientation with a focus on creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced fitness setting and supporting various operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
