Job Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end third-party supplier and ESG processes
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Supplier evaluation & ESG
Responsible for activities related to supplier audits and ESG evaluation.
Distribute SAQ via One Trust
Review & analyze SAQ responses
Identify vendors for ESG audits
Plan and coordinate ESG audits
Record non-compliance observations
Develop and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
Ensure closure of audit observations
Conduct audits of new distributors and subsequent audits as required
Support the DDP process as required from time to time
Support other activities related to distribution management, third-party supplier management, and ESG processes as needed To ensure requirements of the following GS QMS procedures are implemented and maintained:
SSU-SOP-1904 Distributor Management
SSU-SOP-01206 Supplier Audits
SSU-SOP-01204 Supplier Controls
SSU-SOP-0210 Product training Certification
SSU-SOP-01007-EN Document and Record Control
Minimum Requirements
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
1-2 years of experience in a QRC-related role
Certified ISO 13485 & 9001 Internal Quality Auditor
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and activities
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work within established deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
