- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts and payment records.
- Maintain general ledger and perform bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and internal departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
- Maintain proper records of all financial documents.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Valuable working knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
