Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Developer role located in Dehradun.

The Artificial Intelligence

Developer will design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex supply chain and planning problems.

Responsibilities include building and training machine learning and neural network models, working with pattern recognition and NLP techniques, and integrating AI components into existing software systems. The role involves collaborating with consultants and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing model performance, and maintaining clean, tested, and documented code.



The developer will also stay current with AI research and tools, contribute to architecture decisions, and support deployment and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, and building machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or SAP-related solutions is an advantage.
