? Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team & allocate daily/weekly tasks

Assign enquiries/leads through CRM & enquiry register

Drive sales growth, handle negotiations & close orders

Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into business

Authorize orders and coordinate with delivery/operations

Maintain enquiry register, weekly MIS & task tracking

Monitor debtor list & ensure timely payment collection

Handle project sites, resolve issues & coordinate with teams

Manage contractor billing, site documentation & paperwork

Develop recent business & get product approvals in Govt./Private projects (BIS, CPWD, NBCC, PWD, CIDCO)

- Maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, builders & architects

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Strong B2B / Project Sales background

✔️ Good in MIS, CRM & reporting

✔️ Strong negotiation & team handling skills

✔️ Two-wheeler with valid driving license
