Responsible for architectural planning, design development, consultant coordination, statutory approvals, and ensuring execution aligns with approved designs and quality standards for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review architectural layouts, drawings, and design documents.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants.
- Obtain and manage statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.
- Support project teams in resolving design and construction issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of design milestones within project schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of building codes, NBC, and local regulations.
Experience:
- 7 to 12 years with exposure into designing of Residential & Commercial building.
