Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can transform ideas into practical, modern, and aesthetically strong spaces. The role involves designing residential and commercial projects, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring every design balances functionality, budget, and execution feasibility. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural visualization skills, practical site understanding, and the ability to handle projects from concept to execution drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare floor plans, elevation designs, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and site execution teams.
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and present design ideas professionally.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and construction standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve architectural issues.
- Work on space planning, material selection,



façade concepts, and interior coordination.
- Prepare BOQ-related architectural inputs and support project documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for architectural renders and presentation materials when required.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely submission of drawings and revisions.

Requirements & Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar architectural software.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of residential planning, elevation design, and modern architectural trends.
- Ability to create presentation-ready 3D views and walkthrough concepts.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
