Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Nakodar in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design concepts, drawings, and presentations; developing detailed architectural plans and construction documents; and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The role involves conducting site visits, overseeing design implementation,



and resolving technical and design issues during project execution.

The Architect will collaborate closely with the studio team to uphold the firm’s design philosophy of quiet luxury, maintaining consistency in detailing, material selection, and overall project narrative.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, digital tools, or building technologies is beneficial.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and design quality.
