- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and passionate to adopt to relavant AI tools for architectural design.

- We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect (Building Design) to join our team in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, Kollam, Kerala.
- The role demands a skilled with a strong sense of design, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing structures.
- The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural projects from inception to completion.
- This includes developing comprehensive design solutions, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and integrating multiple building systems to create cohesive and efficient designs

Key Responsibilities




- Lead the design process for building projects, ensuring architectural excellence and innovation.
- Prepare conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to determine project constraints and opportunities.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure seamless integration of all building components.
- Review and finalize design documentation in compliance with local building codes, safety norms, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction phases.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to ensure design integrity during execution.
- Stay abreast of emerging materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
