Experience –

- 3-7 years
- Experience on sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects.

We are looking for an Architect with a strong understanding of architectural design, technical documentation, GFC drawings, multidisciplinary coordination, estimation, tendering, and project execution. The candidate should be able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities while working effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Job Responsibility :





- Develop and present architectural designs and concepts.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.

Key Skills -

- Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Effective client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.

Software Skills - AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), BIM (Building Information Modelling) software, Microsoft Office. Industry – Architect firm.
