Role Description The Aptitude Trainer/Agency (Freelance) will deliver full-time, on-site aptitude training sessions at the AxisSkill Foundation facility in Manesar.

Open to Career coaching agencies as well.

Responsibilities

- Planning and conducting classes on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability (Daily 1 hour or as per mutual agreement)
- Designing practice exercises, mock tests, and assessments
- Track learner performance, provide individual feedback, and adapt teaching methods to support inclusive classroom environments
- Collaborating with the foundation’s team to refine training content, aligning sessions with employability goals,



and maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress.

Qualifications

- Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the capacity to explain concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Experience in classroom training, coaching, or facilitation, preferably in aptitude preparation or employability-focused programs.
- Ability to design lesson plans, practice questions, and assessments that address different learning levels and styles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive education and learner-centered teaching.
- Comfort working full time in office in Manesar, with reliability in scheduling and classroom management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in education, mathematics, management, or psychology is an advantage.
- Prior experience with campus recruitment training, test-prep coaching (e.g., entrance exams), or corporate employability programs is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools for content creation, presentations, and maintaining learner records.
