The Role Work as part of a professional services delivery team to configure robust, scalable, and maintainable for Agiloft system at Lumen.

General Responsibilities

- Act as Implementer on Enterprise projects under the guidance of Solution Architects.
- Effective design sessions to capture and document customer requirements.
- Write detailed specifications and configure low complexity implementations.
- Handle internal customer interactions and initial escalation calls with a solutions-focused approach.
- Deliver transparent documentation and effective training.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work with Product Development, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
- Capable of working independently, as well as with team members on different teams and in different locations.
- Perform reviews with other team members in a reviewer capacity.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced SW Engineers.
- Develop and support enhancements and new functionality to automate deployments in a micro services architecture environment.
- Work closely with other engineering team members to ensure code deployments are fully automated and transparent.




- Continually work towards making improvements in the release process and facilitate migration to a Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration approach.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting as needed to support production issues.
- Assist and in some cases be responsible for the design and architecture of projects and features.
- Be willing to support deployments outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Actively participate in all relevant agile ceremonies for each project iteration.

Agiloft Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain contract templates within the Agiloft low-code platform.
- Collect, analyze, prioritize, and bundle customer requirements and align with internal stakeholders.
- Configure workflows, business rules, and UI components to enhance user experience.
- Integrate Agiloft with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, e-signature tools).
- Ensure seamless data flow between contract management and business applications.
- Develop and manage APIs or leverage built-in connectors to extend platform capabilities.
- Optimize contract lifecycle automation for compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries within the organization.
- Establish best practices for low-code platform design, scalability, and security

What We Look For In a Candidate

- Exposure in enterprise development using Contract Lifecyle Management type systems (no code – Configure) Specifically Agiloft.
- Exposure with Architecture,



Design & Development of web-based applications.
- Exposure with Agile Development Methodology.
- Exposure working with both relational and non-relational databases.

- Prior experience with LegalTech in general and with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- specifically:
- Implementation experience with systems like Salesforce, CLM and CLM adjacent products related to Sourcing, Procurement, Matter Management, CPQ.
- Advanced experience with Excel or other data wrangling tools like Alteryx, and visualization
- tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with scripting, coding, and/or API integrations

Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of experience in enterprise development using CLM systems (configuration-based, not coding).
- 3–5 years in architecture, design, and development of web applications.
- 3–5 years working with Agile methodologies.
- 3–5 years of experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in LegalTech and CLM platforms.
- Implementation experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and related systems (e.g., Sourcing, Procurement, CPQ).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with scripting, coding, and API integrations.
