We are seeking a motivated and passionate Application Specialist to join our Molecular Diagnostics team at SD BIOSENSOR.

Role Overview





The selected candidate needs to provide technical support for the Molecular CBNAAT platform, ensuring seamless implementation, validation, customer training, troubleshooting, and post-installation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Product demonstrations, training, and application support at customer sites.
- Coordinate installations and validations.
- Customer engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Sales support: Conducting product training and assisting with customer presentations/demos.
- Technical support: Providing productive technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Application training: Conducting training sessions for customers and end-users.
