Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with a strong background in API development, system integration, and EDI transactions within the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience gathering business requirements, analyzing system workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting end-to-end integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions.
- Analyze, design, and support REST/SOAP API integrations between enterprise applications.
- Work on EDI transaction sets and ensure accurate data exchange with healthcare partners.
- Coordinate system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, data mapping documents, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and work closely with development teams to resolve production incidents.
- Participate in requirement workshops and provide recommendations for system improvements.




- Ensure compliance with healthcare integration standards and best practices.
- Support project planning, risk identification, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
- Strong experience with API development, API integration, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on experience working with EDI transactions (such as X12/ANSI standards).
- Mandatory experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Robust understanding of system integration, data mapping, and interface design.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, or related healthcare integration protocols.
- Experience with API management platforms or integration tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting integration issues.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
