About the Role The CFO Office at Tata Advanced Systems Limited is looking for a FP&A; Analyst to strengthen its central planning and reporting team.

The role will support enterprise-wide financial planning, management reporting and analysis across TASL’s business units. The incumbent will work closely with unit-level finance teams and the central FP&A; function to consolidate financials, track performance against plan, and prepare analysis and presentations that support leadership and board-level decision-making.





This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who enjoys turning numbers into insights and wants exposure to the full breadth of a large, multi-business aerospace and defence organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collation, template management and consolidation across business units.
- Consolidate financials from multiple units and locations into a single enterprise view, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to reporting timelines.
- Prepare monthly MIS packs and variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast/prior period), with clear commentary on key drivers.
- Assist in preparing management and board-level presentations, including performance dashboards, capital productivity/ROCE metrics and business review decks.
- Track key financial and operational KPIs and highlight deviations, risks and opportunities.
- Partner with unit/location finance teams to gather inputs, resolve queries and standardise reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, templates and reporting automation.
- Support ad-hoc analysis, scenario modelling and management requests as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant industry experience in FP&A;, management accounting or corporate finance.
