About Position:

We are identifying AMS Solution Architecture & Presales- A senior leadership role owning the AMS/ADMS solution architecture and presales function – accountable for the quality, consistency, and win rate of solutions across the portfolio, and for building the team, standards, and reusable IP that scale it. It shapes the firm’s AMS go-to-market and how clients modernise their support estates with AI, anchors due diligence and contract negotiation, and closes the loop with Delivery. The leader stays deliberately hands-on – architecting the most strategic pursuits – and carries the firm’s external voice.

What You'll Do:

Solutioning & Presales

- Own the solution: Set the solution architecture for large multi-application, multi-instance estates – support tiering, operating model, RACI, target-state reference architecture, and transition approach – and personally architect the most strategic pursuits.
- Estimation & commercials: Build and govern FTE / effort models with explicit baselines, demand-intensity multipliers, floors, and feasibility guardrails; shape pricing constructs (FP, T&M;, outcome/unit-based, gain-share) and SLA/XLA credit regimes to a defensible position.
- Proposal defense: Author and orally defend solution decks, questionnaire responses, and BAFO clarifications; represent the solution in orals and negotiation, withstanding technical and commercial challenge.

AI & Automation – Internal and Client-Facing

- Solutioning edge: Embed agentic-AI-led support, Human In The Loop(HITL) patterns, and a dual-engine value narrative (volume reduction + resolution time reduction) into proposed operating models, with credible deflection and APR candidate identification.
- Client advisory: Recommend and shape AI adoption in clients’ own support estates to drive cost savings, quality uplift, and SLA/XLA compliance – positioning AI as an outcome lever, not a feature.
- Observability foundation:



Define the observability and AI-ops signal architecture (OpenTelemetry, LLMOps, incident telemetry) that makes automation outcomes measurable and proactive-support claims credible.

Due Diligence, Negotiation & Delivery Continuity

- Anchor due diligence: Lead solution-side due diligence on pursuits – validating scope, assumptions, and estimates against the client estate before commitments are locked.
- Negotiate contracts: Represent the solution in client contract negotiations, defending scope, SLA/XLA, and commercial constructs and protecting solution integrity through to signature.
- See commitments through: On exceptionally strategic, very large deals, participate in transition at key milestones to ensure sales commitments are honoured and nothing falls through the cracks – a continuity-assurance role, not a transition-director one.

Leadership & Market Influence

- Build the capability: Own solutioning standards, reusable assets, and estimation IP; hire and mentor solution architects; and work with Delivery and Quality to mature the organisation’s AMS capabilities.
- Shape go-to-market: Influence the firm’s AMS/ADMS offering strategy and positioning – what capabilities we lead with and how AI-led managed services are taken to market – in partnership with sales and delivery leadership.
- Own the external voice: Produce PoVs, white papers, and thought leadership that establish market credibility and shape how clients and the industry view AI-led managed services.
- Stakeholder management: Command senior client-side technical and procurement stakeholders and orchestrate internal pursuit teams across delivery, pricing, and practice.

- Senior leader who has built and run AMS/ADMS solutioning or presales functions – owning win rate and solution quality across a portfolio, not single deals.
- Hands-on solution architect who has led and won large enterprise pursuits and can still architect the hardest ones personally.
- Deep fluency across operating-model design, estimation, and commercial construction, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
- Command of agentic AI, automation, and observability applied to support operations – credible advising client executives, not just citing concepts.
- Proven people leadership and market influence – mentoring architects, maturing capability with Delivery and Quality, and shaping offering strategy.
