About Blue Meridian Advisory
Blue Meridian Advisory is a founder-led e-commerce growth firm built by three ex-Amazon leaders who created the category, compliance, and seller growth systems that Amazon's best sellers run on. We bring that same operating discipline to mid-market consumer brands, running their growth across marketplaces and D2C as one integrated business.
Between us we have more than 21 combined years inside Amazon and oversight of over $2B in marketplace revenue across five global markets. We are neither a traditional agency nor a consultancy; we embed within our clients' businesses to shape strategy, own execution, and scale growth, with commercial models tied directly to client performance. We are early-stage and quick-moving, which means you work directly with the founders, you see the whole picture, and the work you do shows up in the numbers quickly.
About the Role
This is the role that holds a client's marketplace account together. You are the person who knows the state of every listing, every metric, and every inventory position, and who decides what to act on next. When a brand grows on Amazon, it is usually because someone ran the operating model with discipline week after week. That someone is you.
Amazon is the centre of the role. You own the operating rhythm across a client's Amazon accounts: catalogue health, account health, and the weekly cadence that keeps the account compounding. You also carry the same discipline across the other marketplaces our clients sell on, including Flipkart in India and Amazon's US, UK, and UAE marketplaces for our cross-border brands. The founders set the strategy with the client. You make it real.
What You'll Do
Amazon (primary focus)
- Run the weekly operating rhythm for your client accounts: performance review, action list, and follow-through
- Manage listings, catalogue health, pricing,
and content quality so products index and convert to Amazon's standards
- Own Seller Central and Vendor Central operations: cases, catalogue fixes, listing suppressions, and account health
- Monitor performance, inventory, and buy-box status, and resolve issues before they suppress sales
- Coordinate advertising actions with the ads team and pricing actions with the strategy team; you brief and align, the ads team runs the campaigns
- Prepare regular business reviews and report clearly on what moved and why
Other marketplaces
- Manage listings, pricing, content, and catalogue health on Flipkart and other Indian marketplaces our clients sell on
- Run the same operating discipline across Amazon US, UK, and UAE for our cross-border brands, accounting for each marketplace's catalogue and compliance requirements
- Coordinate promotions and platform events (sale days, deal submissions) and push growth opportunities through to execution
- Work with client operations and finance teams to keep stock, inbound shipments, and reconciliations clean across marketplaces
What You'll Bring
- 2 to 4 years in Amazon or marketplace account management, or seller operations. If you are close to this and exceptional, we still want to hear from you
- Deep, hands-on fluency with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central and the mechanics of marketplace operations
- Working knowledge of at least one other marketplace (Flipkart, or Amazon international), or the ability to pick a new one up quickly
- Strong operating discipline: you are organised, you follow through, and nothing falls through the cracks
- A go-getter's persistence: you chase cases, push things through, and do not take the first no for an answer
- Excellent communication skills for working with founders, client teams, and platform support
- Comfort with data and weekly cadences: Excel or similar, KPI tracking, and decisions made from the numbers
- Clear written communication for client-facing reporting
Good to Have
- Working knowledge of Amazon PPC, keyword research, and marketplace SEO (you coordinate with the ads team rather than run campaigns, but understanding the levers helps)
- Experience with Amazon international marketplaces or cross-border selling (Global Selling, FBA exports)
- Understanding of inventory management, FBA, order fulfilment, and supply chain coordination
- Prior experience with consumer brands or in a marketplace-focused role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Why This Role Is Different
- Founder access. You work directly with the three founding partners, who built Amazon's own seller growth systems. No layers, no account managers between you and the people making the decisions.
- Real accounts from day one. You manage live brand accounts immediately. The learning curve is steep and the exposure is real. You will not be parked on slideware.
- Marketplace depth and reach. You run Amazon at depth and carry it across Flipkart and international marketplaces, so you see how a brand scales across every marketplace it sells on, not one channel in isolation.
- Building something early. We are early-stage with a clear trajectory. The people who join now help shape how the firm grows, and they grow with it.
How We Hire
We hire on craft and character, not on keywords in a CV. Expect a direct conversation with the founders about the work you have done and the work you want to do, alongside a practical work sample. The process is quick, and you will always know where you stand.
