Role Description The AI Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. In this role, the AI Specialist will research, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance digital marketing, content creation, campaign optimization, and user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning machine learning models, integrating AI tools into existing workflows, and collaborating with marketing, design, and development teams to automate tasks and improve campaign performance.

The AI Specialist will analyze data from multiple sources, build predictive models for audience targeting and lead generation, and provide insights to support performance marketing and digital strategy.



The role also involves monitoring AI systems, ensuring data quality, documenting processes, and staying current with emerging AI technologies relevant to digital media and marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including experience with model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Proficiency with common AI/ML tools and languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP frameworks) and familiarity with data processing and visualization tools.
- Experience applying AI in digital marketing or media contexts, such as personalization, recommendation systems, audience segmentation, ad optimization, or content generation.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and software development practices, and ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and marketers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, test hypotheses, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Awareness of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and responsible use of automation in marketing and customer engagement.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, creative, and performance-focused setting.
