Role Overview:

As an AI Platform Lead / Solution Architect, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex business requirements and cutting-edge artificial intelligence implementations. In this high-impact role, you will lead the design and deployment of scalable enterprise AI systems, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains robust, secure, and future-proof. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to translate abstract business goals into high-performance, production-grade architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise AI platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing microservices to support high-concurrency business applications.
- Define and enforce rigorous IT and data governance frameworks to ensure that all AI deployments comply with industry security standards and internal data privacy policies.
- Lead the technical strategy for cloud-native AI infrastructure, optimizing resource allocation and system performance to meet demanding service-level agreements.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for building modular, maintainable, and scalable codebases, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.




- Partner with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, ensuring that technical solutions directly contribute to measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into the existing stack, maintaining a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex microservices architectures and enterprise-grade AI systems, with a proven ability to manage technical debt while scaling platforms.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a deep understanding of how to optimize these for AI model serving and data processing.
- Strong command over cloud infrastructure and distributed systems, capable of architecting resilient environments that handle large-scale data ingestion and model inference.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical leadership.
- A solid foundation in IT and data governance, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities within AI pipelines.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 8-12 years of progressive experience in software architecture and platform engineering.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work setting in Bangalore, balancing independent architectural design with active team leadership and cross-departmental coordination.
