Job Profile

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications.

- Define AI technology roadmaps, implementation strategies, and scalable solution architectures.

- Drive development of production-ready AI systems with focus on scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

- Build and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions.

- Develop and optimize LLM-based applications including RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration workflows.

- Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.

- Review code, AI models, and system designs to ensure high-quality technical delivery and adherence to best practices.

- Lead AI platform modernization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical AI practices, explainability standards, and governance requirements.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions.

- Mentor and guide AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers through technical leadership and capability building.

- Conduct technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and innovation discussions within the organization.

- Participate in hiring, technical evaluations, and team development activities.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms for adoption and innovation.





- Contribute to AI transformation initiatives, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and strategic innovation programs.

Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

- Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and development ecosystems.

- Experience with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and CrewAI.

- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, AI agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable MLOps pipelines and AI deployment workflows.

- Good knowledge of cloud platforms and AI infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Expertise in database technologies, vector databases, and AI data processing pipelines.

- Robust understanding of AI architecture, solution design principles, and scalable distributed systems.

- Experience in code reviews, system optimization, model evaluation, and performance tuning.

- Proven leadership experience in mentoring technical teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to drive innovation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to strategic AI programs.

- Exposure to ethical AI practices, model governance, explainability, and compliance standards is preferred.
