Role Description The AI Image Editor for the Fashion Industry is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves editing and retouching fashion product images using AI-powered tools and standard image editing software to ensure consistent visual quality across catalogs, lookbooks, and online channels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing images for e-commerce platforms, optimizing lighting, color, and composition, and aligning visuals with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.





The AI Image Editor will collaborate closely with photographers, designers, and merchandising teams to maintain a cohesive visual style and support product launches and promotional activities. The role also includes organizing image libraries, following structured file naming conventions, and staying current with emerging AI and digital imaging trends relevant to fashion.

Qualifications

- Strong Image Editing and Photo Retouching skills, with experience enhancing fashion and product visuals.
- Hands-on experience with Photography and Graphics to understand composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of E-Commerce image standards and best practices for online fashion catalogs and marketplaces.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, AI-based editing applications).
- Attention to detail, color accuracy, and consistency across large sets of images.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional fashion and merchandising teams.
- Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or retail imaging is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field is an advantage.
