Summary An exciting opportunity for an experienced AI Engineering professional to build and productionize enterprise-scale Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM applications. This role involves developing AI applications, copilots, and agentic workflows end-to-end, working with cutting-edge AI-native development tools and frameworks, and taking solutions from rapid prototypes to production.

Responsibilities

- Build AI applications, copilots, and agentic workflows end-to-end, including UI, APIs, business logic, and model integration
- Develop Agentic AI and GenAI solutions using modern SDKs and frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini/ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph
- Build RAG pipelines, implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and systematic testing/evaluations
- Rapidly convert loosely defined business requirements into working prototypes and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback




- Productionize successful prototypes with appropriate monitoring, guardrails, security, and cost controls
- Work with enterprise data sources and APIs, managing authentication, rate limits, error handling, and integration requirements

Requirements

- 4-8 years of software engineering experience, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Google AI Studio, or GitHub Copilot
- Experience with Agentic AI SDKs/frameworks including OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic Claude APIs/Agent SDK, Google Gemini/ADK, LangChain or LangGraph
- Strong understanding of LLM application patterns including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Function/Tool Calling, and Structured Outputs
- Experience with vector stores such as pgvector, Pinecone, FAISS, or similar
- Experience building full-stack prototypes using React/Node and REST APIs is preferred
- Understanding of testing, evaluations, tracing, and observability using tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar
- Strong engineering fundamentals across Git, Docker, CI/CD, and at least one cloud platform - AWS/Azure/GCP
