Role Description We are looking for a creative and technology-savvy AI Content Creator who can use Generative AI tools to create high-quality videos, images, characters, scenes, animations, and visual content for eLearning, corporate training, marketing, and digital learning projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, understand storytelling and composition, and be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who can transform a script, concept, or storyboard into visually engaging AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated videos, images, scenes, characters, environments, illustrations, and visual assets based on scripts and storyboards.
- Convert learning concepts and written scripts into engaging visual sequences.
- Create consistent characters, locations, objects, and visual styles across multiple scenes.
- Generate text-to-image and image-to-video content using Generative AI tools.




- Create AI-based cinematic scenes, educational visuals, explainer sequences, and storytelling content.
- Work with instructional designers, video editors, storyboard artists, and content teams to develop learning content.
- Interpret storyboards and suggest appropriate AI-based visual treatments.
- Create and refine prompts to achieve the desired visual output.
- Maintain consistency in character appearance, lighting, camera angles, environments, colours, and visual style.
- Perform basic video editing, compositing, transitions, and visual enhancements where required.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and scene composition.
- Good knowledge of camera angles, framing, lighting, perspective, and visual continuity.
- Ability to convert a written script into a sequence of visual scenes.
- Strong prompt engineering skills for image and video generation.
- Understanding of AI image-to-image, text-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video workflows.
- Ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple AI-generated scenes.
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
- Valuable aesthetic and design sense.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to experiment with recent AI tools and techniques.

The candidate should be able to take:

Script → Concept → Storyboard → Prompt → AI Visual → Scene → Video and produce visually compelling content with minimal supervision.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in video production, animation, graphic design, motion graphics, AI content creation, or a related field.

Freshers with a strong AI-generated content portfolio may also be considered.
