Role Description The AI Content Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, you will plan, create, and manage multimedia content that showcases VoiceCare AI’s platform, use cases, and customer impact across digital channels. You will be responsible for producing video assets, writing explicit and engaging narratives, and coordinating content campaigns that align with marketing and product goals.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to understand key messages,



scripting and editing videos, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring consistent brand voice and quality. You will also analyze content performance, propose improvements, and support the creation of educational and thought leadership materials for healthcare and technology audiences.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in content production and content management for digital channels.
- Experience in video production, including scripting, recording coordination, and basic editing.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategy aligned with marketing and product objectives.
- Strong writing skills for web, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with healthcare, health tech, or enterprise SaaS is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common content and video tools (e.g., CMS platforms, video editing software) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality under time constraints.
