This is not a Prompt Writer role.

We’re looking for artists who know how to use AI — not people who simply know how to prompt AI.

Someone who can read a script and see a world that doesn’t exist yet. Characters. Environments. Light. Lenses. Composition. Camera movement. Texture. Emotion.

Someone who understands the language of cinema and can use creative prompting, visual craft and emerging AI technologies to bring a story to life.

You’ll work with LORE — The Operating System for Human Expression, our AI storytelling and production platform, transforming scripts into high-quality images, shots, sequences and films.

- Script → World → Frame → Motion → Story.

What You’ll Do

- Create high-quality AI-generated images and videos for films, advertising, VFX and digital content.
- Translate scripts, treatments and ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Use creative prompt writing to generate characters, environments, frames and cinematic sequences.
- Build worlds — not merely individual images.
- Understand and apply camera, lenses, lighting, composition, perspective, movement and cinematic language.
- Maintain character, environment and visual consistency across multiple shots and sequences.
- Take AI-generated material beyond first-generation outputs through compositing, editing and post-production.
- Experiment with new models, techniques and workflows to continuously push production quality.
- Troubleshoot when AI doesn’t behave as expected — and find another way.
- Work with filmmakers, writers, designers, editors, VFX artists, technologists and engineers to help evolve LORE itself.

We don’t want you merely operating the tools. We want you pushing what the tools are capable of.

Your Toolkit

You should have hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools such as:





Midjourney • FLUX • Kling • Veo • Seedance • Sora • Higgsfield • Runway • ComfyUI and other emerging generative AI platforms.

Experience with traditional production and post-production tools is a strong advantage:

Adobe Photoshop • After Effects • Nuke • Adobe Premiere Pro • Final Cut Pro • Unreal Engine • Maya • Blender

We particularly value candidates who also understand one or more adjacent disciplines such as world building, junior compositing (After Effects/Nuke), video editing (Premiere/FCP), VFX or creative technology.

Tools will change.

Your eye shouldn’t.

An eye for the details most people miss. Excellent visual storytelling and creative prompting ability.

Obsession with quality.

A natural instinct for problem-solving and troubleshooting. The ability to experiment, fail, learn and try differently. And the hunger to work in a field where the playbook is still being written.

Your degree matters less than your ability. Your years of experience matter less than what you can imagine and create.

A portfolio/showreel of AI-generated image and video work is mandatory.
