Green Estate is looking for a motivated agricultural project development executive to develop and manage relationships with farmers for our commercial agricultural plantation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with farmer leads.
- Explain Green Estate's commercial drumstick plantation projects.
- Schedule and coordinate farm assessments.
- Visit farmers and villages across Gujarat.
- Build strong relationships with farmers.
- Coordinate with the field team.
- Maintain lead and customer records.
- Achieve monthly project targets.
Requirements
- Gujarati fluency is mandatory.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge.
- Willing to travel extensively across villages and different locations in Gujarat.
- Agriculture background is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
