Job Overview:

The AGM – Structural Design will lead the structural engineering team, oversee project delivery, ensure design quality, manage client relationships, and drive technical excellence while mentoring team members and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the structural design of bridges, flyovers, viaducts, and other highway structures.
- Design and review bridge components, including culverts, abutments, piers, retaining walls, and foundations.
- Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with IRC, IS Codes, and project specifications.
- Develop and review superstructure designs using RCC, PSC, steel, and composite systems.
- Review structural models and design outputs using STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants,



and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentor and guide the structural design team while maintaining quality and technical excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech.) in Structural Engineering preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in structural design and project management.
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, IS Codes, and relevant international standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Candidates from IITs, NITs, or other reputed institutes are preferred.
