- Experience: 15 to 20 years above
- Education: At least a graduation degree (e.g., Diploma ,B.tech., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.)

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Cost Optimization: Drive strategic negotiations to achieve annual cost reduction targets.
- Vendor Management: Onboard, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Inventory Control (stores): Optimize stock levels to balance working capital and prevent production delays.




- Procurement Management /Leather Procurement (Core Responsibility).
- Production Coordination .
- Process Improvement .
- Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to procurement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and statutory audits.
- Leadership/Team Management : Manage and mentor the internal purchase and sourcing team.

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and material procurement at a senior level.
- Robust negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle).
