Job Title: AEM Assets Developer – Adobe DAM & Content Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced AEM Assets professional who can build, manage, and improve our company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This person will help us store, organize, and share digital content (images, videos, documents) across marketing, eCommerce, and other business systems — safely, quickly, and at scale.

What You Will Do:

- Build and maintain AEM Assets components, workflows, and services
- Set up metadata, tagging rules, and asset publishing workflows
- Write backend code using Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, JCR, and APIs
- Manage DAM rules — file naming, access control, compliance, asset lifecycle
- Connect AEM Assets with tools like Adobe Workfront, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, and other systems
- Help teams securely share and reuse assets across departments and partners
- Support migration of the system to AEM Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)




- Improve speed and performance of asset delivery (including on mobile)
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and IT teams
- Join daily/weekly Agile meetings, review code, and write documentation

What We Need:

- 5+ years' experience working on AEM Assets / DAM projects
- Robust hands-on skills in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, JCR, APIs, and AEM workflows
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Workfront, Analytics, Sites, Creative Cloud)
- Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum
- Understanding of Dynamic Media, caching, and content delivery at scale
- Good communication skills to work with both tech and business teams
- Adobe AEM certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
