Role Description The Admission Counselor role at Top Crew Aviation is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Admission

Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, providing information about programs and training options, and conducting in-person or virtual counseling sessions. This role involves evaluating applications, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience. The counselor will participate in outreach activities such as seminars, school visits, and events to generate leads and promote the academy.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, following up with applicants, and delivering a student-centered, professional service aligned with the academy’s values.

Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales required
- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to counsel prospective students and interact with families and internal teams.
- Customer service skills with the ability to provide supportive, timely, and accurate assistance throughout the admission process.
- Sales skills to manage inquiries, convert leads to enrollments, and meet admission targets ethically and transparently.
- Education-related experience or understanding of academic processes, preferably in aviation or skilled training environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in counseling, marketing, or education is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain organized records and reports.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, CRM or admissions management tools, and comfort with calls, email, and online meetings.
- Professional, inclusive approach with respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds and a genuine interest in aviation education.
