KA Preps, an international education brand specialising in Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels and IB academic support, is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels

- Understand the student's curriculum, grade, subjects, academic performance, exam timeline, and learning requirements
- Conduct structured counselling sessions with parents and students
- Explain Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB requirements in a simple manner
- Recommend suitable programs based on student needs
- Manage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding
- Follow up consistently with qualified leads
- Handle objections related to fees, timing,



program suitability, and competition
- Coordinate trial classes and academic assessments
- Communicate academic feedback professionally to parents
- Maintain accurate CRM records and admissions reports
- Coordinate with academic teams for student-program matching

?️ Requirements

✠2–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student enrolment, or consultative sales ✠Excellent spoken and written English ✠Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✠Proven ability to handle parents and students professionally ✠Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills ✠Comfortable working with targets and conversion metrics ✠Good knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools ✠Willingness to work on-site in PCMC, Pune
