Job Title: Admission Manager

Institute: Navodaya Institute of Technology (NIT)

Reports To: Principal / Director / Management

Location: Raichur Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete student admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone, email, walk-ins, and digital channels.
- Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate admission applications, document verification, fee collection, and enrollment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, PU colleges, and other institutions.
- Coordinate admission campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and college promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate admission records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Guide and supervise admission counsellors and front-office staff.
- Coordinate with academic, accounts, hostel, transport, and administration departments.




- Ensure that admission procedures comply with university and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Handle student/parent concerns professionally and ensure a positive admission experience.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, or a related field.
- Good communication, counselling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust knowledge of MS Office and admission/CRM systems.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Kannada and other local/regional languages.
