Consultant - Abroad Admission

Location: Remote | Type: Part time | Experience: 2+ years

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Abroad Admission Consultant to guide students through the end-to-end process of studying overseas from shortlisting universities to securing admits. This is a part-time, remote opportunity ideal if you want to build additional income alongside your current full-time role. We actively encourage candidates to continue their full-time job while working with us.

What You'll Do

Counsel students on university/course selection based on their profile, budget, and career goals

Guide students through the application process - SOPs, LORs, documentation, and deadlines

Advise on visa requirements, funding options, and scholarships





Handle end-to-end coordination with students until admit/enrollment confirmation

Follow up consistently on leads to maximize conversions

Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline, conversions, and enrollments

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience as an abroad admission consultant/counselor in the study-abroad or overseas education industry

Strong knowledge of application processes for key destinations (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

Proven track record of converting leads into confirmed admissions

Excellent communication and consultative counseling skills

Interview Process

Introductory Call - Get to know each other, understand mutual fit

Domain Knowledge Round - Deep dive into your abroad admissions expertise

Final Interview - Final discussion and role alignment

Compensation Structure

Trial Period: ₹15,000/month (part-time, remote)

Post-Trial: ₹60,000/month (part-time, remote)
