We are looking for a highly disciplined, intelligent, and hands-on Accounts &

- Operations Executive who can help manage daily business operations, sales reporting, collections, vendor coordination, inventory controls, and expansion activities.

This is a field-oriented role requiring ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to execute independently.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of cloud kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure daily production readiness.
- Monitor availability of ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products to sales counters and partner locations.
- Conduct regular operational audits across kitchens and counters.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and operational discipline.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize wastage and improve operational efficiency.

Operations Management

- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports.
- Reconcile sales, cash collections, UPI collections, and POS settlements.
- Verify accuracy of sales records across all channels.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly business performance.
- Maintain records of expenses, purchases, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with accountants and management regarding financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure all operational and financial records are maintained accurately.

Vendor &

- Stakeholder Management

- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Follow up on deliveries, pricing, payments, and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with POS partners, technology vendors, and service providers.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding operational performance and business updates.

Business Development &

- Expansion Support





- Identify and evaluate potential locations for future kitchens and sales counters.
- Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and property owners.
- Conduct preliminary site visits and gather relevant information.
- Support management in expansion and growth initiatives.

Compliance &

- Controls

- Maintain operational checklists and reporting systems.
- Ensure business processes are followed consistently.
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock audits.
- Support implementation of SOPs and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

- Bachelor's degree (B.Com preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Comfortable with daily travel across Chennai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Ability to take ownership and execute without constant supervision.

Preferred

- Experience in food service, cloud kitchens, restaurants, retail operations, or FMCG.
- Experience in sales reconciliation, reporting, or business operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
