Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accounts Executive role based in Chandigarh.
The Accounts
Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring timely payments and collections.

Executive will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, support statutory compliance,
and help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to accounting standards, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including experience with general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or similar) and MS Excel for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
- Knowledge of basic taxation and compliance requirements, such as GST, TDS, and statutory filings, with the ability to support audits and regulatory reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy, numerical aptitude, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) are an advantage.
- Previous experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar finance role, preferably in a technology or services-based organization.
