Role Description: The Accounts Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Accounts

Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, assisting with bank reconciliations, supporting monthly and annual closing activities, and preparing basic financial reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as vendors and auditors,



ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies, and maintaining organized documentation for all financial activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust core accounting skills, including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable handling, and familiarity with financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, with good data entry accuracy and basic analytical abilities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements applicable to corporate accounting.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense-related organization will be considered beneficial.
