About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to own day-to-day accounting and financial operations across the agency. You'll be the single point of accountability for our books, compliance, and financial coordination — someone who catches discrepancies before they become problems and keeps every division's numbers clean and current.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books and ledgers in Tally Prime and Zoho Books across business divisions
- Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage GST and TDS filings, payments, and reconciliations end-to-end
- Track expenses, accruals, and fund flows across divisions; flag variances proactively




- Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Support cash flow planning, budget monitoring, and cost control
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks on statutory and audit requirements
- Drive collections follow-up; maintain clean, current records of receivables and payables
- Keep all vouchers, documentation, and entries organised and audit-ready at all times

What We're Looking For

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in a services or agency environment
- Solid hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and Zoho Books (or similar)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance
- Someone who follows up without being chased, and flags issues before they're asked to
- Comfortable working independently with high accuracy and ownership

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
