About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Intern who can assist in managing the company's day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

The candidate should be comfortable working with daily transactions, invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, and basic accounting records. Based on performance, work quality, availability, and salary expectations, the role may be continued as a full-time or part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily accounting records.
- Record daily sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain and reconcile cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Track customer payments and outstanding amounts.
- Maintain proper records of travel-related business expenses and transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and supporting records.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly/monthly accounts reports.
- Coordinate with the HR and Sales teams whenever financial information is required.
- Assist the senior/accounting team with other accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or Finance-related qualification preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply.




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is required.
- Knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime or other accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for daily accounting activities.

Performance-Based Opportunity The initial engagement can be Part-Time or Full-Time, depending on the candidate's availability, performance, ability to manage daily accounts independently, and salary expectations. Candidates demonstrating strong performance, accuracy, consistency, and ownership may be considered for a long-term/full-time opportunity with the company.
