We're looking for an experienced Account Manager from an advertising, branding, or digital agency background to lead client relationships and manage end-to-end project delivery. You'll serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive current business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client communication and build solid, long-term relationships.

Lead multiple projects across branding, social media, digital, content, and video production.

Translate client briefs into clear internal deliverables and collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Monitor project profitability, manage budgets, coordinate invoicing, and track revenue.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.





Proactively solve client challenges while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Keep stakeholders informed through regular project updates and status reports.
