Working Model: Onsite

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and 1st, 3rd & 4th Saturdays, 10:00AM - 2:30 PM. The 2nd Saturday and all Sundays are weekly offs.

Budget: 28 to 30k per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 4 to 5 years

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team at our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, bookkeeping,bank reconciliation, and Tally ERP. This role primarily focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting activities while coordinating with multiple branch offices.

Key Responsibilities:





- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Passing journal and ledger entries
- Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Handling accounting data entry using Tally ERP
- Coordinating accounting activities with branch offices
- Supporting routine financial documentation and reporting
- Ensuring records are maintained as per company policies and accounting standards

Who We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- 4–5 years of accounting experience
- Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or a related industry will be preferred
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
