Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Ghaziabad.

The Account

Executive will manage end-to-end admissions and parent enquiries, including follow-ups, counseling, and conversion of leads into enrollments. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of prospects and admissions, preparing reports, and coordinating with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for families. The role will also involve supporting fee management, handling basic billing queries,



and ensuring timely communication with parents.

Additionally, the Account Executive will represent the school during events, open houses, and outreach initiatives to strengthen community relationships and support enrollment growth.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with parents, guardians, and internal teams.
- Experience in admissions, customer service, sales, or account management, preferably in education or service-oriented sectors.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email tools) and comfort with maintaining digital records and reports.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple enquiries, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a child- and family-friendly demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a pre-school or K-12 institution, and familiarity with local communities in and around Ghaziabad, will be an advantage.
