Role Description The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The role involves managing existing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company’s water treatment and beverage project solutions. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery and implementation of projects.

Executive will track sales pipelines, maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and support contract negotiations in line with company policies. This role also includes conducting market research, participating in client meetings and site visits, and representing the company at industry events when required.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales, business development, or key account management within industrial equipment, engineering, or water treatment sectors is preferred.
- Ability to prepare and present proposals, quotations, and basic commercial terms with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other standard business tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple clients and projects.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Understanding of water treatment, beverage processing, or industrial machinery will be a plus.
