Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur, responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the delivery of tax and compliance services. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with clients to collect required documentation, preparing and reviewing basic financial and compliance records, and assisting senior team members with income tax, GST, and related filings. The role involves maintaining accurate client databases, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-up on pending tasks.

The Account

Executive will also help prepare reports, respond to client queries, support internal process improvements, and collaborate closely with the consultancy team to enhance client satisfaction.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management skills, including explicit communication, professional demeanor, and the ability to understand client needs.
- Candidates should possess basic accounting and finance knowledge, with familiarity in income tax, GST, and business compliance processes.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and use relevant tax or compliance software.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and support accurate filings.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a consultancy, CA firm, or financial services environment will be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Gorakhpur, with integrity, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
