Role Description The Finance Executive is responsible for the overall financial health, strategy, and governance of the organization. This role provides executive leadership across financial planning, reporting, risk management, and capital strategy, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals

Advise the executive team and board on financial performance, risks, and opportunities

Lead long-term financial planning,



forecasting, and scenario analysis

Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and management reports

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

Manage audits, regulatory filings, and relationships with external auditors

Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and market risks

Capital & Investment Management

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions

Oversee funding, debt management, and potential M&A; activity

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, legal, and commercial teams

Key Competencies
