Role Description The ACCA Trainer role is a part-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions for ACCA papers, deliver concept-based lectures, and guide students through exam-oriented preparation using structured lesson plans and practical examples.





Responsibilities include creating and updating course content, developing assignments and case studies, and evaluating student performance through tests and feedback. The ACCA Trainer will also mentor students on study strategies, professional ethics, and career paths in finance and accounting, while coordinating with academic coordinators to maintain high teaching and learning standards.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification such as ACCA (part or fully qualified), CA, or equivalent, with strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or academic delivery for professional certification courses, preferably ACCA or related finance programs.
- Ability to design and deliver structured lesson plans, create assessments, and simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and a student-centered teaching approach.
- Comfort with classroom technology, digital learning tools, and MS Office for content creation and evaluation.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional integrity, and supporting learners from varied educational backgrounds.
