The role involves engaging with leads, explaining program benefits, and helping parents make informed decisions about their child’s learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with parents and understand their child’s learning needs
Explain program curriculum, learning outcomes, and perks
Conduct counseling sessions via phone or video calls
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system
Work closely with internal teams to support enrollment goals
Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
